Summit County, CO

The median sales price for the Breckenridge area is $668,000 which has increased by +5.2% since last year at that time.

Summit County has seen a smaller drop of -0.6% from the month of October in 2017 and comes down to $537,000.

The median days on the market for Summit County is 57 days which has dropped by one day from 58 days last year. On the other side, Breckenridge time frame has shortened by -23.9% and went down to 54 days from 71 last year.

It takes about 18 showings per listing for the Breckenridge home to go pending. That number has dropped by -14.3% which is great news for sellers.

Breckenridge price per square foot went down by -16.6 %. That is a decrease from $476 to $397. Overall Summit County properties are trending similarly as last year. We have noted a minimal change of -0.5% decrease from $423 to $421.

Park County, Co

The median sales price for Park County went up from $314,301 to $361,000. That is an increase of +14.9%.

Town of Fairplay has a minimal increase of +1.4%. The median purchase price went up from $360,000 to $365,000.

Park County properties have been on the market for a shorter period of time in comparison to last year. In Park County, we have noted a decrease of -21.6% and a total of 40 days, whereas in the Town of Fairplay we have noted that properties are on the market for 41 days. In comparison to last year of 33 days, it is an increase of +24.2%.

Another great news for sellers. The number of showings for the listing to go pending went down by about -20% for both Park County and Town of Fairplay. Respectively, this year properties only need 8 and 9 showings to be under the contract.

While Park County price per square foot decreased by -1.9 %, Town of Fairplay shows an increase of +2.7%. In the month of October, Park County is at $206 per sq foot. Town of Fairplay price per sq foot is $193.
